Lovers’ Tiff

It is heartening to hear that the American buying public’s love affair with the SUV is beginning to cool. This is the pronouncement of the New York Times. Since the Times is rarely, if ever, out in front of such issues, this must indeed be conventional wisdom. Now we’ll really be making some progress when we hear the Times pronounce that Americans' love affair with their bicycles is heating up.
